We understand shipping costs are no fun, but we want to keep the pricing of our products fair while still making sure you are getting the best deal and service possible.

After many tests with various directions, we have decided that a high quality thermal bubble mailer as well as a large icepack is the best direction during extreme heat days for you to receive your product unaffected from weather/temperate. Outside of extreme heat days, products are packaged in USPS shipping material such as bubble mailers, boxes or re-cycled material such as Amazon mailers.

• HOW ARE SHIPPING CHARGES CALCULATED?
• The majority of our shipping is done through United States Postal Service (USPS) & UPS Ground. The choice of which is based on a composite of the lowest price available.
• The shipping prices include a high quality thermal cool bubble mailer as well as a large ice packs during extreme heat days if applicable.
• This also includes the label paper & ink as we print and hand pack each item carefully.
• All orders that are placed before 5PM Mon-Fri go out the same day. During extreme heat days we ONLY SHIP MON-WEDNESDAY if chocolate is in the order to avoid melting products.
• We have removed express shipping option for now due to issues with packages being lost. If you have placed an order for express or lost a package feel free to contact us.
  
  
• IS LOCAL PICK UP / DELIVERY AVAILABLE?
• Currently any order of $25or more is available for free delivery within a 10 mile radius of 18704 - Kingston, PA.
• A cell phone number must be attached to local delivery orders as we will need to coordinate a time for delivery.
• Local deliveries will be delivered after business hours of 5PM EST that are coordinate with person placing order.
